My upgrade was incorrectly done by a consultant in May 2020. Since May I have been trying to cancel the incorrect upgrades (there were 2 done instead of 1) and credit my account for all the incorrect premiums that are being charged. In August, I was finally referred to the Vodacom eService team. The service received from this team has been so poor. - My 1st contract was eventually reinstated back to the old plan - the 2nd contract which was to be terminated (24month over) is STILL active - the 2nd contract is still incurring a monthly premium - some of the incorrect premiums were credited, but not all (I am still showing an arrear amount on my account even though I have made all my monthly payments.

The last person I dealt with was Mogammed Samuels who I spoke to last on 8 Oct. He promised to call me back with feedback on my issue. He did not, and all my attempts to contact him have failed.

Patricia Gqomfa, who I was told was a manager, told me herself in August that she will personally ensure my query is sorted. But she too has also failed.

I have been with Vodacom for over 15years, and it is disappointing that this is how loyal customers are treated. Once this issue is settled, I will be forced to move to another network in the hope for better customer service.

Hi Vodacom Consumer Website team,

i was told by your social media team (Arlene) that my account will be credited by Thursday (12Nov), and I will be contacted to confirm. The credit is still not reflecting and nobody has contacted me yet. This is again more disappointment with dealing with your teams. where is the decency to follow up if you have not met the timeline you committed to? instead you just keep quiet which results in customer frustration.
further to this, the social media team has been deleting the comments i posted on their FB page. how unprofessional and sneaky is that....
