Poor service from Promise

The most baddest service I was ever offered trying to solve a quiry for over a month now with no feedback I need to keep calling them and the responses iv been getting are only satisfactory verbally with no actions on them. I have been getting a consultant named Promise twice in a row, nothing better comes out of her accept for her to tell me come assist myself by their workplace and keeps threatening to hang up on me. This show how unprofessional she can never get.
