Poor service for Platinum Account

I damaged my iPhone 6s and took it in to Vodacom Brooklyn where they took it in and started the workshop/insurance process. There is no such thing as a premium queue as advertised as a Platinum Account benefit. When I received my telephone bill I look up Red VIP and Platinum account benefits where I saw I can call ********** . I saw the benefits include a courtesy phone for 30 days and even more, a replacement phone if my phone is damaged. This would be great and I called the premium number and the guy on the other side confirmed that I am entitled to a replacment phone. He then apologised for the inconvenience and said that I had to go back to Brooklyn and tell them that I have a platinum account. If there were any problems, the store was to call the premium desk number and they would sort it. I went back to Brooklyn today. waited for half an hour as there is no such thing as a premium queue beenfit as stated on the web site. Then I wasted more time with the consultant who had no idea what I was talking about and then more time with the floor manager who said that I wasn't an Onyx account so they can't help me. I phones the ********** number, got a different person who had no idea what a Platinum benefit was and then told me that the store must be right. I asked for someone that knows what the Platinum benefits are and she responded that they only deal with Sim cards and I must phone sales. In conclusion, I was ok with handing in my phone for an insurance review and potential replacement. Now I think that Vodacom misrepresents with the promises on the website and the whole platinum thing is a sales gimmick and if you are a high volume user they just jerk you around.
