Poor service

Once again, I have to log a complaint on Hello Peter in order to get assistance from someone competent and who knows what is going on. For the last 2 weeks, I have been trying to redeem some of my Vodabucks to get a R50 Kauai voucher, however the app keeps saying out of stock. This is not a physical item, it is a voucher, how can this be out of stock? If you are no longer offering this voucher with Kauai, then make it clear instead of saying out of stock. I used to Vodapay app earlier to get support from an agent, and agent did call me but she had no idea what was going on. She transfered me to another department but the voice prompts did not match my query, so I dropped the call. Can someone senior send me an email to let me know what is going on regarding this matter?
