Poor service

Rewards - co agents are ****mers. I was given false information to upgrade my Vodacom contract. I was promised small monthly fee but now my monthly installment is very high. I've been calling this vodacom agent from January 2023 but I'm not getting any assistance. Every month they promise me that my contract will be reversed on the 1st of the following month so that I can change to prepaid but that doesn't happen. I'm emotionally and financially drained because of this situation 😪 I tried to get help from vodacom so that I can cancel my contract but they are interested in making profit from my predicament
