Poor service

A few weeks back I reported vodacom on hello Peter regarding my refund that I am awaiting for. It's been 3 months and I am getting half feedback from vodacom. They insisting for a receipt from payfast which I told them that I can't get a receipt as I paid with my card details and my cell phone number. I called payfast and they told me that no receipt can be mailed but vodacom can use the receipt number that they gave me. I gave all this information to OLIVIA AND GOOSAIN at vodacom. I still didn't get any response regarding the information that I provided to vodacom and I still didn't get my refund back.

I think we that are paying customer should take matters further as vodacom staff are not interested in doing they're job and to do follow ups. Vodacom staff should stop assuming that people are stupid. They treat as like stupids and they think we will just give up on requesting refunds by ignoring paying customers.

My questio once again is where does all the money goes to if vodacom don't refund customers?

Honestly dealing with small businesses are better because you can communicate with one person and things get sorted much quicker. Vodacom can't even let a manager or supervisor contact paying customer regarding they're queries. I feel that vodacom is very *********** and should get trained managers and supervisors to deal with queries. Customers should not be struggling to get service from Vodacom. As quick as vodacom can deduct people's money so quick they can get a department to deal with customers that are struggling.

I will not recommend vodacom to any friend or family member.

I will report my matter further.
