Poor service

Had a cellphone contract with vodacom Contract ended and I decode to cancel the contract I was informed that I do not owe then anything and requested a paid up letter which I received. But I received notifications and calls regarding an outstanding amount. When I visited the store they said I should ignore the messages, because the system will take a while to update. It's been 1 month and they are still harassing me.
