Poor service

I guess this a correct platform for a customer to log a complaint if a consultant cannot see all my complaints on your system. Isn't there a profile where you keep all your external communications with your clients?

I cannot repeat myself to each and every agents that calls me. I will write all my queries here again.

I was sold a contract that took more than 30mins yet your agent failed to disclose a very important information: why was I not told that the is service fees to be paid Monthly for me to see my incoming calls??? All the incoming calls I get on your contracts sim cards shows a private numbers even a call from your company. This is a very important that is supposed to be dislosed on a sales stage. we communicqte with our loved ones and apply for jobs using those contract numbers and yet you make our life's difficult just to see a simple thing a missed call from who?

I was debited more than R100 last month because of an account that was added on my name without being advised accordingly by your agent. I was told I will get a call for that account to be removed even now I'm still waiting for a call. I get an invoice for this month with the same invoice amount as last month???

Please take note if I will be liable to pay monthly service fees for me to see my incoming calls contacts then cancel all my contract sim cards and I will pay for my gadgets Only. I'm supposed to be enjoying my birthday right yet I'm dealing with a very *********** company like vodacom.
