Poor service delivery.....leading what provider

Network issues becoming a pain lately. Poor reception in an area where there never was any problems. Oh and how am I suppose to contact vodacom if the only numbers they have are for use from your cellphone, no landline alternative for times when the network is offline. Utterly disgusted with this and having the audacity to call themselves the leading cellular network provider.....pathetic. At least strife to be the best or provide some service......pathetic
