Poor service delivery regarding a ***** case reorted to Vodacom

On 14 June 2024 I went to our Vodacom shop in the Highveld Mall, Emalahleni/Witbank because I saw two new cell numbers on my Vodacom app and wanted to query it. I also told the lady that my account which is normally R1071.37, is much higher due to the two new numbers. The lady told me to go to the Police Station and make a ***** affidavit stating that I did not sign for any new contracts and bring it back to her in order for her to register a service request to investigate a ***** case and give me credit, which I did on the same date. The service request number is ***. On 15 June 2024 I received a phone call from Vodacom Head Office and the lady asked me if I signed any new contracts? I told her that I did not. She then told me that the two new numbers will be converted to "Prepaid" and I will receive credit. On 28 June 2024 my Vodacom account was R4710.95. The difference between my normal monthly premium of R1071.37 and this amount is R3639.58. As a pensioner that was a big blow for me. On 2 August 2024 I contacted the lady at Highveld Mall again and asked her if she received any feedback on the Service Request she sent to Vodacom for my credit. She sent me a screendump of Vodacom's answer which stated that there is "no credit due to my account". That was a shock to me as I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for 30 years. All relevant documents is in my possesion. So my urgent request to Vodacom is that this issue should be properly investigated and my account credited. I have sent four emails with all documentation attached but received no response from Vodacom to date.

Kind regards, CF Landsberg Cell number ***
