Poor service delivery & no stock

My partner and I purchased the package at Vodacom Greenstone which entails : - Samsung S8 - J5 Prime - S Gear VR 3 It has been over a month since we have made this purchase of the full package and we have yet to recieve the VR Gear. We were told we should receive it the following Wednesday, as they did not have stock. We (the customers) had to call Vodacom and they told us there is still no stock and they not sure when they will get it. We were patient enough - however the service we got was very poor. We called several times and each consultant had a different story. One consultant informed us that there is no stock in Gauteng - so we should check at the Eastgate branch. This already made no sense. Another consultant informed us that they receive their stock from the Samsung store. We made our way to the Samsung store and the employees there informed us that this is NOT the case and that Vodacom is giving customers the wrong information. We are extremely unhappy!! This is absolutely pathetic, are we ever going to get the VR Gear that costs us thousands??? Do WE (The customers) have to do the job of a Vodacom consultant and call the store ourselves to be informed about the products we are paying for??? Absurd! I also experienced terrible service at the Eastgate Vodacom branch - The J5 Prime had stopped working, when I went to the consultant she was extremely unpleasant and did not tell me what was wrong. The service at Vodacom is DISGUSTING! We are customers, paying for a product and service. We need urgent feedback on the VR Gear!!
