Poor service delivery from Vodacom continues

Please do not make use of the Vodacom online services. Their unprofessional team make mistakes and then they fail to correct it, but continue deducting the money from your account. This is the second report to hellopeter in this regard. I had one call since the previous report with no results. Vodacom is struggling for more than a year now to get RAM courier service to collect the phone. Very very disappointing.
