poor service delivery from vodacom chatsworth centre

My experience at the Vodacom store in Chatsworth Centre was horrific to think that staff of a branced store can treat customers in such a poor and shoddy a manner , operating times for closure on Sunday 04/03/18 was at 4.30 but the door was was close by 3.45 , i stood outside trying to get the attention of the staff but they deliberately ignored me , they were sitting around doing nothing , eventually one staff came out and told me they are closed , when asked what their operating times were he told me that they close their doors early and not as per the stipulated times because they have lives and have to go home as well , i told him that i will report the matter and he told me to go ahead and report it to whomever i wanted to , when i called the centre manage , he then opened the door and had the audacity to tell me he is doing me a favour to open up because they have lives and need to go early , thats unacceptable as they are getting paid until 4.30 and i dont think their management is aware that they a closing early for their convenience , my understanding is that they need to abide by the times of the centre . As a customer we should be getting the best possible service , should the staff member feel that he is doing people favours by servicing them then he should be is a customer facing job .
