Poor Service Delivery from Vodacom

<p>I am a paediatrician working at the Life Fourways Hospital. For plus minus the last month all the doctors working at the hospital who are on Vodacom have a problem with Vodacom's service. Our phones do not ring when we get a call. The only way that we know we missed a call is that we get a SMS message that we have missed a call. It is very frustrating to then have to struggle to get to phone the number back. I have notified Vodacom of this problem but the problem does not get sorted out. One of the references that I have is ********** I have phoned Vodacom 2 times this morning, going through the numerous voice prompts till eventually getting to speak to somebody. On both these calls I was cut off and then nobody from Vodacom cares to phone me back. Please can somebody from Vodacom phone me back on my cell phone to get this sorted out. My account number is N ********** -0. I am sure Vodacom would not like to be held responsible in case something goes wrong with a patient and the hospital staff could not get hold of me.</p>
