POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND POOR COMMUNICATION

I cancelled my contract with them in Fenruary 2024 and paid the required cancellation fee and even paid the february usage invoice. I was told as of the 1st of March i won't be billed any further, came the 1st of March my phone wasn't working telling me the sim card is locked, i called the call center and as i was speaking to the lady i decied to restart the phone, only after restaring the phone was working.

I got emails that my line is now a Prepaid, went on my Vodacom App to check my balance and it was zero so no allocation was not done to my account as per the lady who assisted in cancelling the account.

Now all of a sudden i am told I owe for March as there had allocated minutes and Data to my phone and said i only cancelled the contarct in April... Like ***... how can i pay the fees end of February, still get email saying my number is converted to a prepaid, yet told that i only paid or cancelled contract in April?? I sent the lady all the POP's and yet they still send me a screen shot saying i got allocations of data and minutes on the 1st if March which i never recieved as the number was converted to a prepaid mindnight of the 1st March.

If you ever thinking of taking a contract with Vodacom i suggest you think twice before doing that becasue they are ******s and they never tell you upfront that the contart you are taking is not a fixed contract. You will just get a notification that there will be an increase in your repaymnet amount. Their service is very poor, they will register you on insurance you will call them a thousand times to ask them the same thing "Please cancel insurance i don't want it"

I am not about to pay for something they claim i got while i didn't. How can i get data and minutes on a simcard that i got the notification that it's changed to prepaid and even my balance on the 1st was zero ??
