Poor service delivery

<p>Worst experience with a consultant, after making a new order for a phone. No follow-up with customer, no communication -several calls were made without success. It seems that this shop does not need new customers. I am still waiting for my order and there is no communication as to whether they have made the order, is it coming through, is it not coming, why, and is there stock? when am l going to get my phone? I am in limbo. </p>
