Poor service delivery

I have a contract with vodacom for the past two years and haven't used the service for a year and a half now when I asked to cancel the very rude Tebogo Mokgotho said that I will still be billed. I responded with no and please advise the necessary parties involved and she said that I will still pay. I don't understand why I should pay for a service I don't utilise and have not utilised. I have given my money to this company for no reason. When I advised the agent or would put vodacom on hello peter I was advised I can do as I please. For a large company not to have the customers interest at heart is really pathetic and I will take this further to the ombudsman even.please note that I have made numerous attempts to cancel this and it is a daunting task. I emailed the branch at workshop, when to 3 stores including customer services and was turned away and endured many long unanswered calls.

HI

Trust that you are well.

Please note that no one has contacted me to date. As a large organisation you guys clearly don't understand the tcf principles neither do you guys understand the cpa act. Please can you do me a favour and just make sure that I am not debited at the end of this month. No benefits were used on this contact for well over a year. Which you can feel free to check up on. All I'm saying is don't debit me and end the damn contract. You as a company as already benefited well over thousands of rands for free from me.

Please assist urgently and don't put up **** responses which people can view in order not to tarnish your brand
