Poor service delivery

<p>I am a loyal vodacom customer for the past 10 years, recently have sent my phone in for repairs for the second tme in the first year of receiving the phone, battery has been replaced, phone still had the same problem. just for them now to tell me that it is not actually the battery and they are now expecting me to pay for a phone that i dont have the use of any longer as the phone now does not even work, it was sent in and it still worked quite fine the battery just ran down to quick for my liking. the phone now does not work at all.</p>
