Poor service delivery

<p>I recently went online and ordered an additional contract. When the call centre never called back I called them and was advised I can't get the deal on offer as I'm on the new system. I then went to a store and received further poor service. I called *** and the deal is not available to me through their services. I have never in my life had such poor service. It's a continuous problem with vodacom</p>
