Poor service delivery

This is my 3rd frustrating report I am writing!! Vodacom is expecting me to contact the repair centre.... With what???? My PHONE IS NOT WORKING!!! It keep on saying \searching \" and nothing happens. This is a contract phone and if I do not get a response from Vodacom within 24 hours telephonically then please see this contract as nil and void as Vodacom is not delivering from their side. How is the customer service where the customer is suppose to phone after the provider?? Speaks a thousand words of their customer service "
