poor service delivery

I have a vodacom tablet and receive 200mb data every month on the 30th November I receive my 200mb of data and a hour later vodacom took it back in a 2 week period I phone 4 times every time I phone the call centre they told me the technicions is working on the problem and they will keep me posted almost a month later and still no data
