Poor service delivery

I have very poor cell phone reception at my house - can't even make proper phone calls. I have logged complaints over the last 3 years, and have been promissed that a new tower will be set up about 500 meters from my house, but nothing is happening. I want to start working from my house, but the poor cell reception make it impossible. I have requested boosters to be installed as they were installed at my neighbour's house with good success, but vodacom just refuses. On the coverage map I'm in a 100m x 100m spot where the coverage is very poor.
