Poor Service Delivery

After writing my review an agent called me the next day saying he will assist me with what i need but its been a week now and absolutely NO FEEDBACK from Vodacom , i get a message that my Ticket has been closed by them and i did not get any feedback and nothing was resolved . i am slowly getting tired with this service provider that treats their clients like this for such a simple matter!!!!
