Poor service delivery
I went to vodacom store in promenade Mitchell's plain to sign up for a new contract last week I received a message confirming that the vetting was successfully. Went yesterday and I was informed the stock arrived. I went today to collect the phone and was told a lot of stories as to why the phone is not available. Inconsistency and the service is totally unacceptable...
