POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
Ordered a sim only deal online on 13 November 2024 with quote number VODACOMDIREC-***. Skynet Vodacom gave me an sms with order number K***.
After Skynet tried to deliver, but I was out of town for work that day and promised to return the following week. Upon my return, I have been trying to get my order delivered since the first week of December, went to Vodacom Boardwalk mall, they called online on *** and there the lady told me she cannot get hold of Skynet. I tried to call Skynet myself and cant get hold of them myself either. Emails not responded to. On whatsapp, they promise an agent will call you but no one calls you back. Its been more than 30 days since I made my order and I still have not received it.
This is very poor service from Vodacom, in particular their courier partner in Skynet

Today is 6th January and I still have not gotten any package or feedback or any update. Absolutely pathetic service from you Vodacom and your partners Skynet, totally **** and bullshxt service. Mind you this was ordered on 13th November 2024, it's almost 2 months. I really regret canceling my Telkom contract only to be receiving such mediocre service from Vodacom. YOU GUYS SUCK and believe you me, I am swearing you with the worst profanities right now but I won't write them for professional reasons. Nxa!
