Poor service delivery

Dear Vumatel & Vodacom, Today marks day 3 that we have no internet connection in Parys. There is no communication from your side about what is causing the issue.

We are offline frequently: at least once or twice a week. We almost never get our full line capacity. Yet, we have to pay our full installments every month.

We are on the verge of cancelling our fibre and moving to another service provider. Unfortunately (for us, not for Vodacom or Vumatel) if you want to cancel your fibre, you have to pay the rest of the contract installments before you can cancel it. Big win for the service provider because they lose no money yet the consumer does not get the service they pay for!
