Poor Service
Struggling to get a statement or a settlement letter from vodacom, been calling, legal, collection and customer care.
How hard can it be to send me a settlement amount so that i can pay off my contract because the service i'm getting is very poor and i would not advice Vodacom even to my worst enemy!!!!
Please help!!!
