Poor Service

I have logged a call with Vodacom Customer Care regarding dropped calls and this has been going on for a week with nothing but excuses and there is no one dedicated that can resolve this issue and called again this morning and calls are still being dropped Its a nighmare dealing with such a Company and the service is indeed very disappointing
