Poor service

I have been using a pre paid number with Vodacom my number is ***. I recharge on regular. Without my permission Vodacom subscribed my number to Vodacom fantasy league which charges R3 per day I never consent to this and Vodacom had no right to subscribe my number to any product without my consent. I tried to call Vodacom at resolve issue the 082135 customer service is worse service ever l never had any opportunity to speak to agent all my calls are dropped without help. I am glad l don't have a contract with Vodacom it is a nightmare. If this issue is not resolved l will have to let go of the Sim card l am not willing to pay for any product l never consent to. My right a customer is not respected.
