poor service

I'm seriously lost for words hey, I fail to understand as to what could be wrong with Vodacom. I gave Vodacom my new bank details in February / March 2019 so that they should debit my bank account and to my surprise they only debit my account only when they feel like it, does this mean I should always run to their branches every now and then to remind them that they should debit my account? What is the point of having my bank account then? I'm seriously tired of Vodacom..
