Poor Service, Confusion all around

If I could rate vodacom 0 I would. A new contract, I had to call and chase multiple times to get my order verified despite doing the verification already. I also provided my delivery address however between vodacom and skynet it was a royal mess. It has been two weeks of back and forths and I am yet to get my order or have the matter treated with the urgency it requires.
