Poor service

I went to Vodacom Highveld Mall to apply for a contract but was told that the credit score that Vodacom gave me was too low and that they don't have anything to offer me because it's so low. I was told to come back in 60 days. After complaining to the Manager about this, They finally requested for a high rating but by the time they sort this out the phone I wanted will be sold out.

I don't understand how Vodacom's credit rating works. I app**** for a contract online and it was approved but I cancel it as I wanted to keep my current number and they wanted to give me a new number.

Unfortunately Vodacom is no longer South Africa's number 1 network.
