Poor service cancel before the parcel got delivered

Cancel my phone contract!!! Vodacom. App**** for a contract. Its fine they will deliver the phone.Canceled my Vodacom cell phone service before I even got my phone because of Ram courier service.

I was very excited for my phone to arrive today.At 8:40 this morning I received a message from the courier company that my order will be delivered today. All fair and well...

I wanted to track my order to plan my work schedule around the arrival time of my phone so I will be at home when they are near my home to deliver my phone.

I tried tracking my order the whole day and not one of their tracking order links are working so I phoned the courier service to inform them that the tracking number is not working.I kindly asked them to please let me know in advance when they are near my area

I received a voice mail message from courier company that they will inform me an half an hour prior to delivery!!

Fast forward to 4:30 pm... The courier guy phones me telling me he is in front of my house..

I immediately took off and arrived home from work in 7 minutes!! (as my work is around the corner, they didn't want to deliver it to my work and said if I wanted it delivered to my work I must wait another 72 hours, even though my work is just around the corner from my house)

OK so fast forward I stopped on the sidewalk of my house and gave a copy of my ID and my proof of address, courier guy said he needed my original identity document, no problem just let me go inside my house to retrieve it for you... Guy had a very bad attitude as u was walking out with my ID the guy took of screaming he must go now the warehouse is closing....

So now I canceled my phone contract I want nothing to do with Vodacom and the courier company it's using....

Lost money now because I took of work for nothing!! I want nothing to do with ram arrogant services and vodacom for using such a bad company.
