Poor service

I did an online application on 19 June 2020 - and sent all the supporting documents. I received a call from them but missed it. I then tried returning the call with no success. I tried their call centre and they said they will leave a msg for the person dealing with my application to let me know what the process will entail.

I have been waiting since and sent an email with no response. I get that companies are working with reduced staff but this is a lot.

Let me know if my application is declined or not so that I can move on.
