POOR SERVICE

I had many contracts over the years with Vodacom but no service whatsoever. When you do have a complaint no answer and/or properly followed through. I phoned to the customers service on even date enquiring regarding my outstanding balance and why it is more than what was agreed upon and was cut off conveniently, not phoned back just nothing once again. The service is absolutely non-existent.
