Poor service

Laid complain about the phones that are waiting return and as usual i get the same story i have been gettingbfor the past 4months... That the courier will come.... But vodacom never do follow up to know if phones where picked up or not, if it happens i loose the phones because of long wait, thern i will be forced to pay for the phones i never used, soo i will consider this part of **** to delay the pick up so that something happens to the phones and i end up being forced to pay for the phones at the end
