Poor service by far

Good day. Note that I am writing this review in english but I am Afrikaans speaking.

On this date, 5th of March 2019, two weeks ago I did an upgrade and got the new Samsung A7 2018.

Today when I got home I put my phone down and after a while when I come back and wanted to check for messages...

The phone was almost completely dead....the screen was completely gone... But when I touched the screen it's as if the phone was still on somehow.

I took the phone back to shop where I origanally got the phone. They wanted to give me... A vodafone cellphone!!! From the phone I origanally have before it this was totally unexecptable. The shop were I got the phone was Vodacom shop Upington - Kalahari Mall.

The guy we spoke to said it must be send for repairs... Now this I understand... But now I don't have a phone whatsoever and even if we did take the phone he offered... It was a very low quality phone in the resemblence to the A7.

I demand that I wanted a brand new phone as soon as possible. I had the phone for 2 weeks before this happend.... 2 WEEKS!!! And now you guys wanted to give a low quality phone to use for almost a month because that more or less the time it will take for the damaged phone to be repaired!

This is totally unexecptable by far!! I expect some feedback on this as soon as possible.

My number is ********** 383. There may be a chance that I am not available seeing as I do not have a phone. So you call my on my son's number which is ********** .

Thank you. Mr HAE Swanepoel.
