Poor service

After numerous attempts to change my details at Vodacom in order to do a upgrade I am still waiting to be helped. Two ticket numbers opened and closed without anyone contacting me. What must I do to fix this. Ticket = A2-JXGD-ZUC15O Ticket= A2-JXI7-BK114L
