Poor Service

When you take out a contract with them the process it's so efficient and easy but when it's time for you to cancel the contract they take you from pillar to post, you get referred to different departments, and there are clauses that are not discussed with you or not told to you when you take out the contract, customer service is really poor for such a big company.
