Poor service

I am so disappointed about the service received from vodacom. I app**** for a new contract phone for Huawei P30 lite 2020 deal last month, my application was approved and was told that I will receive my order within 48 hours. Since from the 1st of April I am doing a follow up and I've been told that they have back orders as soon as they receive stock I will be contacted. To my surprise when I called them today I was told that the deal that was approved was for P30 lite 2019 and it has been discontinued so the order needs to be canceled and I must reapply again,well that's not gonna happen, I am not going to reapply. Vodacom needs to deliver 2 P30 lite to me. It's not my problem that they didn't do their job. Firstly no one contacted me as to inform me that what is happening with my order. So please can someone assist me with the deal I took because I am not going to apply again, fix your problems
