Poor service

I went called customer care to assist with my cellphone contract. Got zero assistance, the lady just said she can't help me.

I went to Vodacom shop in Waverley when I asked the guy what should I do regarding my situation. He rep**** by " he doesn't know what to say"

As I called the department to cancel my contract. The guy said he can't assist me.

I'm highly frustrated with the service of vodacom. Would never recommend it to anyone.
