Poor service at Vodacom Southgate Mall.

I took in a phone on Sat for repaires and I was promised I will receive a call on Monday with the amount that we nee to pay, till today this hour I am still waiting for Vodacom to call me. they did the same thing in Dec I waited for more than a month to get a new phone that went for repaires. Vodacom kindly explain what is happening I am really not in the mood to fight with you. I regret the day I went to your shop to buy a phone there, no care or whatsoever for your customers. Funny how the attitude of Marvin your manager is rotten but working with client, talking about Vodacom at Southgate Mall.
