Poor service at Vodacom Call Centre
So Im due for an upgrade on the 3rd of August, and specifically want the iphone 6 I phoned Vodacom to ask if I qualify to upgrade earlier so I can get 2x Kate Perry tickets: as I have been with Vodacom for many years First 250 Customers Get 2x Katy Perry Tickets With the iPhone 6 32GB at R249 PM on a NXT LVL Top Up plan I have been with Vodacom for many years BUT the person I spoke to was so rude and just said you have to wait for your upgrade and you dont qualify for the tickets.
