Poor Service at Vodacom Blairgowrie

This is by far the worst experience/service I have ever received in my life. That time I am a loyal customer of Vodacom, I have always used Vodacom and I love the brand but the service I received at Vodacom blairgowrie shop is pathetic, horrible and extremely bad. I do not think they should be in operation at all brought my phone in for a screen repair in May, and it took three weeks to complete the repair. Throughout this period, I received no updates and had to follow up myself. Despite assurances that I would be contacted, I never received any calls or updates. After the initial repair, the screen went black within seven days, even though the phone did not suffer any falls or impacts.When I returned the phone for the second repair, the same issues arose. It took another three weeks, with no proactive communication from your staff. Once again, I had to continuously follow up to get any information about my phone's status. After the second repair, the screen malfunctioned again within five days, becoming black and blurry.Now, my phone is in for its third repair, and there has been no sense of urgency from the staff. It has been approximately three weeks, and I still have not received any updates. I am once again left to follow up on my own.This lack of communication and inefficient service is unacceptable, especially considering the length of time and repeated issues with the repairs. I first brought my phone in for repair in May, and it is now August, yet I am still facing the same unresolved issue
