Poor Service At Vodacom

I gave my iPhone in for repairs at the Vodacom Store Woodlands Boulevard. they send it to the Vodacare Shop in Potch. After a lot of calling to here how far they are. they payment was made on a Monday afternoon. The Thursday i called the Vodacom store and the guy said no its on its way. Friday or even Saturday i will be able to get it. Saturday they send me a message to say that i need to pay. i sent them an email back with the POP stating that I already paid. they say they are sorry and are sending my phone right away. Now yesterday (Tuesday) morning i received a message after 3 weeks saying that i can collect my phone. i arrived at the shop 10 to 18:00. doors are closed. one of the ladies opened and i explained that I'm only here to collect. she then ask a guy with the name Pat. and he just says no. He says i should come back tomorrow morning at 9 because the people who can give the phone are already home. (so you are telling me a whole vodacom shop with 6 employees and none of them can do it) I asked again end explain this is the time i knock off at work. They let me in i waited 45min before the Pat guy helped me. Everyone was already gone and he took my phone and tries switching it on. He then says "oh the phone is dead come back tomorrow i cant give it if it doesn't come on" I explained if he could please just plug it in and give it to me. He said rudely no and took my phone. i then asked if they will wait for me tomorrow I'm also coming by at 10 before. He then said "no we close at 6" and walked away. I'm furious i had n bad experience with the vodacare. And then this with the Vodacom???? There were two ladies just watching videos on there phones why didn't he just asked them so long to get the phone while i waited the 45 min. and i bet you when i come there today it still isn't charge. I just feel its their work to switch on or even charge the phone before the client gets there.
