Poor service at its best

Me and my wife updraded to laptop that was supposed to come with chromecast and upon receiving our delivery we noticed vthat device is not included and we immediately call vodacom and the the lady was so rude telling us if we dnt want the laptop we can return it, as for the chromecast it's not even their responsibility wht suprjsed5bus it was advertised when buy the contract, why vodacom taking advantage the poor in this trying times, we all try to meet the ends people are losing jobs we trying to meet our daily means then vodacom do this to us.
