Poor service and unprofessional staff at Vodacom (Vereenging Three Rivers Mall)

On the 18th December 2018 I visited the Vodacom shop in Vereenging (Three Rivers Mall) to have my Huawei P20 Lite glass screen protector removed and replace with a film/silicone screen protector. I was escorted to a gentleman (Edwin) who promised he could assist me with my request. As he was removing the screen protector he cracked and damaged the phone's screen (he was using the pin that is originally used for opening the Sim card holder). When I asked about the cracked screen he became defensive and rude to me. I asked him what would be the way forward and he said my phone would be fixed and I would receive an sms to notify me that it was ready. He said this process (of fixing my phone would take 2weeks). I waited for 2weeks and still no sms from Vodacom. I went to the store on the 3rd January 2019, I asked to see the gentleman that had broke my phone I was told he is not at work, but fortunately his colleague (who had escorted me to Edwin on my first visit) remembered the incident, he said the phone was delayed as a result of the holidays and that I should wait for an sms the following week. I waited. On 14th January 2019 I went again to Vodacom, Edwin was there (still rude), he told me to come on Saturday of the 22nd January 2019. I eventually received a phone on the day but the received was not the phone I had left. The phone was not of Vodacom quality that I knew. The phone came with glue like material stocking out from the side of the phone. The hauwei name at the bottom of the screen had disappeared, charging the phone took longer now. I then took the phone back to the store on Sunday (23rd January 2019). This was to understand where my phone had been fixed. Again I did not get any joy dealing to the Vodacom stuff, I was told theat Edwin was off and when I inquire about the hauwei name I was informed that hauwei phones after screen protector has been changed do not come with it anymore (I am still shocked at thr knowledge that the staff at Vodacom are giving to customers). On Monday (24th January 2019) I went to Vodacom to see the store manager (Amelia), I narrated the story to her (she appeared to be aware of what happened) she said to me my phone issue was a private matter. I don't understand and probaly will never understand how she can say my issue is a private matter. I went to vodacom shop, consulted with a vodacom employee who then damaged my phone at Vodacom premises during Vodacom working hours. I took my phone to other Vodacom shop to understand if this private concept is a norm at Vodacom, I was told that, it is ulter nonsense. I am so disappointed at way that the respective staff at Vodacom shop (Three River Mall) handled this issue, the rudeness and lack of knowledge that accompanied the incident. All I want is my phone the way that I handed it over to Edwin. Additionally I am still very confused as to how Vodacom shop has employees during private business?
