Poor service and reception
Poor service and very very bad customer service been struggling with my Vodacom network for how long and still no answer or anything from vodacomy

07 Apr 2023, 12:28Yes it was escalated but not resolved got a reference number and a sms and recieved today a message stating issue resolved but it was not this totally unacceptable
