Poor Service and potential ***** from Vodacom Store Germiston

Vodacom Store Germiston doesn't take their customers seriously, I've never seen such incompetence in my life. I first had to wait for my contract phone for over 2 weeks which was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 working days. The Samsung Galaxy A51 was supposed to come with a power bank which I haven't received. Vodacom is this how you conduct your business? Please sort this mess out as I'm still waiting for my Power bank
