Poor service and poor signal for Vodacom

I reported a poor signal at Alex for Vodacom, They (Vodacom) promise to sort this out is been years now that the company as big as Vodacom is failing to service people of Alexandra. this weekend people had to go to certain where they can get that poor signal and make calls or get another MTN or Cell C SIM to make a call but you've got Vodacom with your airtime on it. poor service
